“I have been involved in the gym and group fitness classes since I started my own weight loss journey 10years ago. I lost 40kgs over a one year period and have been able to maintain that.
I not only understand the impact of being overweight and unfit, but also the challenges that we all face when we make the decision to take the first steps of our journey of transformation.
At times the task for me was overwhelming, but taking it one day at a time I was able to transform my body, become fitter, healthier and increase my energy levels.
My vision is to help people enjoy the benefits of living a healthier, fitter life. This inspired me to gain a formal qualification so I could help others to achieve their goals.”
