Hi I'm Lisa and I am an emotional wellness coach who helps emotionally burnt out women conquer their worry, fear and overwhelm, and build a tonne of self-worth so they can become the absolute best version of themselves.

I've been there, struggling, overwhelmed, burnt out, in need of a full on self-love makeover, and you know what? It was only when I became brave that this transformation started for me.

I have spent the last 2 years conquering my negative thoughts and emotions, and I know that I was meant to help many women just like you to do the same.

My work focuses on helping women conquer the inner critic, the overwhelmed state, the worry and the fear,and all that overthinking. I believe that these things are stopping us from living our best lives, lives we should be living with purpose, joy and freedom.
