We live in an interesting world today full of stress , misinformation, doom and gloom stories, global warming, war, natural disasters, drought, fire massive storms etc The mainstream bombards us with negativity and fear. Overall as a people we seem to have lost the ability to be responsible for ourselves, to make positive changes for the betterment of our journey here on earth. 2015 was a rough year for a lot of people myself included.
2016 brings with it a sense of calm and anticipation. This year people are going to see the beauty, compassion and kindness that is in our world, we are changing very rapidly, lets make it a change for the better. A lot of people have asked me to share my journey, how I have got to the place where I am at today despite the setbacks. How I achieved a balanced mind, healthy body, a wonderful partner and creating for myself financial stability. I am going to fill this page with photos, recipes, tips , ideas, inspirational quotes, beautiful inspiring images and anything else I feel will be of benefit to those who are following this page. Now I want you all to read with an open mind, Ideas and opinions expressed here are my own, they may change as they frequently do as I progress in my understanding and learning.
