THE LIFE FORCE MOVEMENT provides comprehensive Movement Therapy and Massage Therapy services, as well as Nutritional and Naturopathic Advice.

Movement Therapy is a system of movement that involves teaching your body to move the way our bodies were designed to move. It involves aspects of many other systems, including Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Weight Lifting, Dance, Gymnastics and Martial Arts, as well as some movements exclusive to what I do.
