I’m Dr Kay McKenzie, an Invercargill-based psychologist. My team and I have developed a programme that includes neuro-scientifically evidenced techniques to deal with food urges and cravings.

Many people report struggles with eating when they are not hungry because of cravings and that willpower just isn’t enough. This may ring true for you, or for someone you know.

Our programme neutralises the physiological cravings so it becomes possible to nourish yourself in the way you choose.

We run regular workshops in Invercargill where we provide you with the techniques, tools and support to succeed.
