Growing up in the Bay, Hamish went from rock and dinghy fishing to being the youngest qualified skipper in 1990 to become the current owner of the successful Legend Charters in 2010. Having over 20 years experience in the industry, he knows the Bay of Islands and its surrounding waters better than most and knows where and when to find the fish. Hamish and his crews have won numerous fishing tournaments over many years and has caught the most game fish for the Bay of Islands Swordfish Club for the last few seasons..
