Hi! I'm Laura McPike. I'm a trained Dietitian, Registered NZ Nutritionist, Accredited Fitgenes Practitioner, and avid nutrition researcher. I firmly believe in a mixture of western (pharmaceutical, tested, clear outcomes) and eastern (integrative, alternative, less traveled) treatments to achieve best results.

I specialise in allergies and intolerance, natal care, womens health, and fatigue. I do this through a focus on hormonal, gut, and general lifestyle recommendations.

I have access to considerable testing facilities to take out the guesswork for those interested.
