I've been involved in sports since I was old enough to run having played almost every sport possible to an elite level or refereeing at International levels I've always had a keen interest in sports.

Having done Boxing, Rugby, League,under water hockey,hockey,cricket,touch,netball,basketball to name a few of the more common sports. I've picked up a lot on my career & becoming a qualified personal trainer I believe I have the right mental toughness & advice than can assist many people to reach whatever goal they wish be it as small as walking a few km or even losing 1kg, I want to be the person to help you start & finish the journey to a new lifestyle.

I currently help a lot of people but to have a qualification to back up my knowledge will give me a great foundation to help others live a healthy lifestyle.
I'd love to run my own fitness centre but to be involved somehow in life changing events for people is an amazing feeling which I want more of.
