Hello! We’re KidsHQ and we make yummy frozen meals for little kids.

KidsHQ SuperMeals is a division of Parnell Trust, Auckland. We’ve been looking after children for more than 30 years through our early childhood centres and programmes for school children.

KidsHQ SuperMeals are all-natural, home-style meals, made especially for little tummies. They’re sold freshly frozen, perfect for busy parents to have in the freezer. Choose from a menu of up to 12 mealtime favourites and a portion size (200g or 300g) that’s perfect for your child, so there’s no wastage.

Parents can trust the nutritional goodness of KidsHQ SuperMeals. They’re a winning component of the five Gold Healthy Heart Awards Parnell Trust’s early childhood centres have won from the New Zealand Heart Foundation. KidsHQ SuperMeals’ delicious recipes were developed by our in-house chef for our centres, and are a hit with children (even fussy eaters!).
