Tuesday - Cubs Judo/BJJ | 4:15-4:45pm (Beginners)
Tuesday - Tigers Judo/BJJ | 4:45-5:30pm (Graded)

Thursday - Cubs Judo/BJJ | 4:15-4:45pm (Beginners)
Thursday - Tigers Judo/BJJ | 4:45-5:30pm (Graded)

At Shoot, Grapple, Roll, we offer the fundamentals for self defence and discipline. Through group training, we offer a safe environment which promotes teamwork and confidence building. We provide your young ones with the confidence and skills to become "bully-proof".

Teaching Seibukan Judo as well as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and traditional Ju Jutsu, our students learn to respect themselves and others, while knowing how to protect themselves from harm.

Parents are encouraged to join in and learn with their children. For parents who would like advanced training, we have adult classes that teach adults the same fundamentals and help with real world situations.
