We currently have two 2 bedroom luxury villas, and one 1 bedroom luxury villa, with a swimming pool and spa pool complex, an on site manager's villa, and a further two 2 bedroom luxury villas, and eight 1 bedroom luxury villas being built on the rear of our property. The 2 bedroom luxury villas are 94m2 with 2 bedrooms with ensuites. The 1 bedroom luxury villas are 42m2 with an open plan bedroom, lounge and kitchen, and a separate bathroom. All have spacious living areas with full kitchen facilities, a fridge/freezer (so that you can bring with you and store/freeze your meat and dairy foods), room to entertain, top quality furniture and fittings, and large decks each with its own barbecue. The luxury villas are the latest luxury villas in Rarotonga , and are available for families, couples and singles.

The Villas are on the Back Road in Atupa, a 15 minute walk from the centre of Avarua, and a 20 minute bicycle ride from the beach. If you are looking for a unique experience, away from hotels, in a home away from home this is the place to stay.
