Kate Horton has recently set up her own business, Kate Physio Limited. I am an experience physiotherapist based in Cashmere and able to provide both ACC and private physiotherapy to anyone who has suffered an injury or who has ongoing aches and pains. I also am a fully certified pilates instructor and can help all ages to improve their posture and muscle balance. I can do one on one sessions or small groups.
