I teach an integrative style of hatha/vinyasa flow classes, with a strong a focus on alignment. I believe Yoga is for everyone and understand that people have different bodies, abilities and injuries. So my classes are open level and I offer variations for all abilities and encourage students to listen to their own bodies. Sequences vary from week to week, often based around a specific theme or focus. I have a calm and gentle approach, encouraging a mindful awareness to practice to help declutter the mind and reduce stress.
