We are a local fitness group based in Kawerau, encouraging anyone and everyone whos keen to become fitter and healthier. Our small team welcomes you all, we have classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Tarawera Park. Our sessions are $5 per class or $10 a week. Bare in mind we are not fully educated as trainers (yet) but we guarantee you a good workout, support and smiles... Feel free to come join us :-)
