With over twenty years experience in the food industry and a former owner of a popular Timaru cafe, I have been creating cakes and baking goodies for over a decade. I know the impact a spectacular cake can create on a party's guests; therefore, I always take the time to consult with my customers and ensure I fully understand exactly what type of creation they want.
