I have done a lot of travelling around New Zealand by car and by foot. I have spent a large part of my life in the bush as a hunter and tramper. I have explored most of the National Parks in the North Island and a few in the South Island including parts of the Southern Alps. I have always admired the New Zealand landscape. The variety is incredible for a country the size of New Zealand.

My first camera was a Kodak Box Brownie. I now use a Canon 6D with a variety of lens from prime to zoom.

I worked in real estate for 10 years including sales and property management. I was involved in real estate photography for much of that time.

I worked for 10 years as a potter, selling my creations through craft shows and via a shop I ran in Trafalgar Square, Wanganui.
