Kia ora! Nau mai haere mai, welcome to my page! I am a qualified Massage Therapist, I hold a diploma in Health Science (Therapeutic Massage and Sports Therapy), currently studying toward a Bachelor of Health Studies (Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy), and work at Body of Work in Lower Hutt, a multi-disciplinary wellness centre that also provides Acupuncture, Pilates and rehabilitative exercise, and Naturopath services.

I offer massage therapy for therapeutic maintenance, recovery and rehabilitation, assisting to reduce pain from conditions or injuries and improved overall wellbeing, including stress reduction, headaches and improved sleep.

In my time as a massage therapist, I have had the opportunity to provide massage to high performance sport teams such as the All Blacks, Hurricanes, Wellington Lions, Mojo Pulse -Netball, Wellington Saints-Basketball, Wellington Phoenix, Royal New Zealand Ballet Company, Titahi Surf Club - NZ Opens Surf Rowing Team.

Appointments are an hour long, with initial sessions including a consultation around general health, and any previous injuries or current conditions. A postural and movement analysis is done to assess dysfunction of the soft tissue. Findings from assessments are utilized to determine appropriate techniques and treatment specific to your area of focus to maximise the effectiveness of your tailored massage session.
