JD Muscle and Fitness

I have always had a desire to be a fit and muscly guy but during my teen years i never had the right amount of encouragement or direct support that i really needed to chase that goal.
Fast forward a few years, and i have finally hit the right mixture of knowledge, experience and motivation to start chasing my dream to be a bodybuilder, Obviously i realize i have left the run to the gate a little late but that will not stop me chasing the goal.

However it was in this realization that i have started my journey late that i realized if i had had more support and encouragement in my teen years i could have been chasing my goal sooner, and that is when i made the decision to become a Personal Trainer, in the hope that i can help young people out that not unlike myself have the passion and desire but just need that little bit extra encouragement and support to achieve there goals.
