JB Photo & Film

My name is Jayne Baucke and I am currently finishing up at Waikato Insitute of Technology studying a Bachelor of Media Arts, majoring in Moving Image. Film and the dramatic arts has always been a huge passion of mine, being able to record something on screen to be able to create memories to watch over and over again is such a magical thing which I think we all take for granted!

Starting this degree saw me realise my true potential when it came to filming, editing, directing and just overall documenting a variety of things, whether it be documentary, drama, or live music shoots. I realised that this was not only something that I adored learning about, but it was also something I was succeeding at too. Getting through my entire degree with nothing less than an A for each assignment made me realise that this passion for film that I've had for my entire life, had turned into a very successful and exciting reality.
So then came this facebook page. Nearing the end of my degree, I needed a place where people can come to see my work - a place where I'm able to share my passion with anyone and everyone, in all parts of the world. I want people to look at my work and fall in love with it, the same way I do.
My aim now is to capture people's wedding days on film, to produce a beautiful story for people to look back on over the years to remember their special day.
