Jaime Maree's Cakes

When I found out my son had allergies to Dairy, Eggs, Nuts and Pork I soon discovered that he cannot eat most biscutes or generally yummy things we all can eat. So I started baking. :)
I have delicious recipes for Banana, Chocolate and plain cakes or cupcakes & more that are all dairy and egg free and I can also make them gluten free on request.
I love working with buttercream (made from dairy free spread) and I am working on improving my fondant skills.
I am willing to give most things a go, and can have help from my talented aunty when I need a bit of guidance.
