We assist the work of intergovernmental governmental organizations, governments, anti-counterfeiting organizations and individual companies affected by counterfeiting and piracy.

This is achieved through the delivery of technical assistance and training to assist capacity building among law enforcement officials to detect consignments of counterfeit goods in the international trade supply chain or marketplace.

Acting as an independent consultant or on behalf of the IPR Business Partnership (a division of the Amsterdam based REACT organization) we have been closely involved with technical assistance activities relating to the enforcement of intellectual property rights in more than 25 economies in the Asia Pacific region, in addition to assisting programs in Europe, Africa, Middle East, the Caribbean and South Asia

In addition, we have undertaken various consultancies for the Building Respect for IP Division, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and contributed to the technical assistance activities of the WIPO Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific, World Customs Organization, US Patent & Trademark Office, European Union (ECAP), ASEAN & Japan Patent Office.
