Inspired by Hope

My journey has lead me down some very winding and cruel paths. I have learnt so much, life has educated me. Currently I am on a massive health kick, working out twice a day (with the odd rest day).. in hope to achieve some personal body goals. However the drive to that goal is different than any other time.. because I am happy, full of love, full of desire and hope.

Life never stands still, the tides of change seem constant. The past 3 years I have run a successful spiritually based business however there is so much more to life than just spirituality. We are multi layered, dimensional beings so being all about one aspect I found myself coming out of balance with the realities of life. Almost stopped having experiences because I didnt want conflict but I desired more connection.

By trade I am a qualified teacher (ece), Reiki master and a number of other spiritual healing modalities. In truth I am a mum trying to make sense of life... one day I have it sorted... the next my wardrobe is where I am hanging out. Craving the quiet and solitude and safety of my bubble. I follow the calls of my soul as its the connection I crave. Life is for living. I have embraced the changes as they have come my way. Why... because I have 3 special little (well 2 are teenagers not soo little) people who I am teaching. Teaching them it is okay to have mental illness, addictions, grief, be spiritually strong and be at one with yourself. Its okay to be introverted and be strong with all the quirks. So often we box away all the problems of the world and we forget our precious children. There big starry eyes looking at us for the example.
