Ingrid joined the Westerman Group in July 2007 having previously worked for an internationally renowned investment company based in the City of London, where the need to consistently perform to a high level was an absolute pre- requisite. It was Ingrid’s undoubted time management skills and her ability to thrive under pressure that made her the perfect Executive Assistant to the group’s Managing Director, Elaine Westerman, for whom the concept of a regular working day simply did not exist!

Having gained a broad understanding of the real estate industry over the last six years, particularly in area of Residential Project Management, Ingrid rightly feels the time is now right to transfer her skills into her own real estate business under the Bayleys Taupo brand.
