The Ignition Health Studio in Bishopdale, Christchurch offers Classes and Personal Training services for people of all fitness levels and ages.

Our focus is encouraging healthy families, by helping them create healthy lifestyles.

We believe that the easiest way to improve the health of our children as they grow, is for parents to model healthy behaviours.

We have 4 Classes that run throughout the week - Boxing, Circuits, Dynamic Strength and Yoga.

No matter your goals, age or fitness levels we have something to help everyone.

Our private Personal Training sessions are designed to make you feel at ease with exercise. You can choose to train One on One, or with a friend or family member, or find a group of friends to join you.

Whichever option you choose, our private atmosphere makes your workouts stress free and comfortable.

With over 15 years experience in the industry, including a qualification and passion for Health Psychology, we have successfully helped people with:
