I AM YOGA

I will be guiding you and your baby through a series of safe and restorative asanas (poses) while focusing on the pelvic floor, the deep abdominal muscles and 'Breast-Feeding/holding baby counter poses' that release tesnsion in the upper back and help to build stability as your baby gets chubbier!.

What to bring: Your Baby (Newborn to Crawling)
Yoga or exercise mat
A pillow or towel
Water bottle

Come and meet other Mum's to practice relaxing and nourishing Yoga in a baby friendly environment and experience the benefits of 'I Am Yoga'! Classes.

The facilities: There are stairs leading up to the studio so please be aware that you may need to take precautions, car seats or front packs may be the best option. There is a large changing room with two couches, plenty of space to change and feed and also 3 cubicle toilets.
