HOUSE OF TRAVEL LOWER HUTT WITH BOULCOTT’S FARM HERITAGE GOLF CLUB ‘Tag, Comment & Win’ FACEBOOK COMPETITION - July 2016

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter is House of Travel Lower Hutt, 9-11 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt, part of House of Travel Wellington.
3. Entry into this promotion is free and open to New Zealand residents only.
4. Employees of the House of Travel group, their advertising and promotional agencies and in both cases their immediate families shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
5. The competition opens on Thursday 28th July 2016 at 10.45 am, and closes on Thursday 18th August 2016 at 4pm (competition period).
6. The major prize winner will be selected by a House of Travel Lower Hutt representative the week of 22 August 2016 and announced no later than 26 August 2016. The winner will be notified via Facebook message and a Facebook announcement, using the details provided in their entry.
7. To enter the competition the entrant must take the action as directed in one or more of the Facebook posts during the competition period. The actions are: Facebook post: 28.07.2016 Tag a friend in the competition post to gain 1 entry into the competition. Facebook post: 04.08.2016 Comment on the Facebook post to gain 1 entry into the competition, the comment must answer the question “Tell us which golf courses’ you have played at anywhere in the world”. Facebook post: 11.08.2016 Like the competition post to gain 1 entry into the competition. Entrants may share, comment and like each post as many times as they wish, however only one entry is permitted and will be included in the competition. Shares, likes and comments must be made on the House of Travel Lower Hutt Facebook page, on the promoted competition posts.
8. The promoter may in its absolute discretion display and/or otherwise use entrant comments in promotional activity.
9. The promoter may delete or remove any comments deemed inappropriate or offensive from the page and in doing so, the entrant will be excluded from the competition.
10. The promoter’s decisions relating to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. By entering this promotion you agree that the promoter and/or its related companies may hold, use and/or disclose information about you including your name for promotional and/or publicity.
12. The promoter will not be held responsible for entries not properly received for any reason.
13. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion or any or all of the prizes at any time without notice.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promotion may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of the promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for such an event.

1. The grand prize is to the total value of NZD$1,200. The prize is a full playing one year membership for Boulcott’s Farm Heritage Golf Club. The prize has been supplied by Boulcott’s Farm Heritage Golf Club, aside from supplying the prize Boulcott’s Farm Heritage Golf Club is in no way associated with this competition.
2. The membership commences in September 12016, the winner will be required to liaise with Boulcott’s Farm Heritage Golf Club’s administration team to confirm their membership details. The winner must complete a full application and agree to and abide by all terms and conditions/club rules set out by Boulcott’s Farm Heritage Golf Club in accepting the prize.
3. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of the prize is not permitted and will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. Boulcott’s Farm Heritage Golf Club is prepared to consider the prize being transferred on the basis that there is no financial benefit to the original winner.
