We pour our heart and soul into this little oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Newmarket. Here, you can come and relax, find your inner peace, get energised, and feel balanced.

No matter where you are in your yoga journey, our experienced instructors are here to assist you and happy to answer any questions you might have. But more, we would love to get to know you outside of yoga.
