All loaves are baked fresh each day directly on the stone in the Hearth bakery oven, as it has been done for centuries. Using only the best and freshest ingredients, our bread has no additives or artificial preservatives.
Time and patience are the two most important ingredients we use, giving our loaves the rich intense crumb with a flavour filled golden crust you would expect from a true quality artisan loaf.
