Simone Stewart is an Exercise & Nutrition Coach based in Palmerston North. Along with her husband Tim and four children, they enjoy life on the family Dairy Farm.

Personal Statement
I am passionate about health, especially in the area of preventative care. My vision is to see New Zealanders making their own health a priority and help lead a change in the current health trends of western society.

My aim is to be REAL and RELEVANT so a lifestyle change is ACHIEVABLE. It is my desire to help you and/or your family lead a healthier lifestyle by providing Exercise & Nutrition knowledge, support and encouragement.

HISTORY
I graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Physical Education (2000) majoring in Exercise Prescription & Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing (2001). I also studied Sports Nutrition and believe in basing our diet around 'Real Clean Food'. I finished my Commerce degree in Sport Business Management at Massey University (2000). Health has always been my passion and in particular helping people reach optimal health no matter what their lifestyle demands.

With life becoming busier I recognise that belonging to a gym or weight loss centre is not an option for everyone, so the option of a programme with a home based focus is available.

During an in depth consultation we will cover exercise and nutrition history, goals, medical conditions, barriers, adherence and much more. I am particularly passionate about lifestyle analysis where a holistic approach is taken to plan and prioritise 'Health' back into your life. With the information gathered I will develop a Personalised Exercise & Nutrition Programme to suit your lifestyle.

Clean eating (real food) is discussed and together with an exercise plan your health goals are made realistic and achievable. It really is true that 80% of health improvements are made through nutrition alone - "You can't outrun a bad diet".

I believe in keeping it simple to gain maximum results. It's not a diet, it is a lifestyle and once you begin to feel better you will no longer want your old lifestyle back.
