H & J Roberts

H&J Roberts Orchard and Fruit Stall are situated in Earnscleugh, between Alexandra and Clyde in sunny Central Otago.

We are an extensive Stonefruit and Summerfruit orchard, and pack export Apricots, Cherries and Nectarines, We also pick and pack Peaches and Plums for local market centres as far away as Auckland. Our fruit is sold in the distinctive purple box under our "Southern Fresh" trade name.

Our policy is to "Consistently meet the needs of our customers now and in the future by providing safe and healthy produce grown in a sustainable manner"

A family run business, the orchard is a partnership of Harry & Joan Roberts. Family members, son Harry Jnr and daughter Vicky both work on the orchard and our daughter Maryanne who live's at Beck's near Omakau has been involved with the orchard over the years. Our orchard is a relaxed and fun place to work. We place the welfare of all our staff in high regard which makes working at the the orchard an enjoyable experience.

Our main "Home" block and "Packhouse" are situated on McIntosh Road, Earnscleugh, Alexandra. Our Fruit stall "Robs Rural Market" is on Earnscleugh Road about half way between Alexandra and Clyde.
