I make and sell small batch, natural scoop ice cream from a mobile van, here in Christchurch. I use only quality ingredients and both the ice cream and sauces are made from scratch―no bases and nothing artificial―and no gums, soy, eggs, gluten or gelatine. Whilst I do use commercial wafer and waffle cones, I also make my own gluten free waffle cones.
Currently offering a pure creamy vanilla ice (with homemade sauces), a very popular dairy free mango ice (vegan) and a real espresso-based iced coffee.
Feedback has been very positive this summer and I would love to show up at your next event―the van is entirely self-contained, with solar power and water on board.
