In a world of #fitspo and #gains and #activewear it is easy to feel like you don't move enough, you haven’t got the right gear, or the right ‘look’ to do a bench press in the gym.

We love being active but also like to keep it real- you know how it is, some days getting your active on is easy and others...well let’s just say it goes into the 'I’ll do it tomorrow' bin.

We all have strengths and struggles but training with us will open up new challenges, new friends, endless laughs and the motivation to get off your butt!

Yes, we hear you, you foodavore! Food is good right?

It is life, energy and comfort.

In a society that is bombarded with hashtags and food posts, if you even care slightly about what you put into your body it is hard to avoid the ‘raw’ ‘paleo’ ‘clean’ ‘sugar-free’ and ‘superfoods’ captions, they are everywhere. It’s no surprise there is confusion out there! While we wake up with the best of intentions to fuel our bodies with the good stuff.. we also like chocolate. And wine. But this is OK because life is all about that balance.

Take away that seriousness of every day life and let yourself do the things you really love.

Go for a hike/adventure. Swim at the beach. Share a vino with your girls. Just play.
