Future Fit Ltd is a family owned and operated health and fitness business, based in West Auckland.

We are one team with the same dream - to empower people to discover the potential lying within, so that they can live a life of confidence & self-belief. We hold ourselves to the standard of being more than just a health and fitness service, instead providing a loving supportive place where everybody feels they belong and are valued for who they are.

Our four main focuses are: bootcamps, personal training, health & fitness challenges, and monthly team events. These team events are free to attend and allow us to continue a close-knit/supportive community. Our bootcamp classes are held at Glen Eden Intermediate and Konini Primary, and are held four times during the week. First visits are free.

We love meeting and connecting with new people, from all walks of life, and encourage anybody (regardless of age or fitness level) to become apart of our team.
