So we used Friction Cooking – a revolutionary new way, 15 years in the making, to turn raw ingredients into delicious crunchy air-popped bites of goodness.
It uses the most basic way to generate heat – rubbing two materials together – to cook the raw mixed ingredients in less than 10 seconds.
This also means steam or dehydration isn’t used in the production process, maximising the nutrition retained in the food.
