Freedance Sessions are all about the love of dance! We have two different styles of classes:

Freedance Connect is set to enrapturing music that encourages you to explore, dive deep and let go. There is no choreography and you are invited to use your body, mind, emotions and spirit to journey and discover through your own way of moving. Connect with yourself, connect with the music, connect with others.

Dancing in the Dark is all about having fun. It's cheesy, it's old school, it's pop, it's rock. It's for people who like to dance like a crazy person in their living room... but would like the energy of others around them! A totally dark room, so you can let loose with big sounds!

Everybody is welcome. No experience needed. DRUG + ALCOHOL FREE!
