Fortify Fitness

In high-school I was overweight and very unhealthy, frequently eating fast-food and staying up until the early hours of the morning watching movies. I was unfit, unmotivated and unwell. But since leaving high-school 6 years ago, I have personally experienced the dramatic benefits of exercise and the positive effects that it can have on wellbeing.
The desire to help others realise similar benefits motivated me to get qualified and take up Personal Training as a career.
I strongly believe in the importance of some form of strength training for all people, as it carries over to all aspects of physical life.
I especially hope to work with the retired/senior population over the coming years.
I have seen first-hand the devastating effects of increasing frailty and would like to help as many people as possible avoid spending their old age constrained to a chair.
