Flow Massage Therapy

As a native of Auckland now residing in Wellington, I love the capital largely because of the effortless connection I found with the city.

This is an ease of connection that I have been fortunate enough to unearth in my massage therapy career.

While I continue to work through completing my Bachelor of Health Studies in Neuromuscular Therapy & Massage at the New Zealand College of Massage, I have made the most of a number of opportunities to refine my craft.

Having worked with a diverse range of clients from stressed students, busy parents and corporate employees to elite athletes such as the Central Pulse, All Blacks, Wellington Lions, Wellington Saints and the Wellington Phoenix; I thrive to personalise massage sessions by the manipulation of the body’s soft tissue.

Through the flow of communication and massage strokes during each session, my hope is to assist each client that I have the privilege of working with, in being able to relax, revive and restore a more effortless flow of their daily life.
