Flip Out Trampoline Arena Christchurch is the perfect destination for indoor entertainment. Our indoor trampoline park has a main arena, kids arena, parkour/freerunning area, foam pit, tricking area, wall trampolines and Air Tracks Tumble Strips.

We are open Wed - Sat 9-9, Sun - Tues 9-7, Public Holidays 11 - 7, Christmas Eve 9-4. We are closed Christmas day, New Year's day and Good Friday.

We cater for birthday parties, fitness programs, movement and freerunning classes, and offer a wide range of special activities. Flip Out also has a high-quality cafe for parents to relax while children burn energy.

Young or old, full-time flipper or bouncing beginner, we have trampoline activities for you, your family and your friends.
