The Flaming Hot Experience ...
Flaming Hot Catering has satisfied many customers from private dinners for 2 to fully serviced dinners of 200+. Our expertise has grown over the years, as Director Matthew Kenyon and his team of talented Chefs have been cooking and catering at an international standard for more than 16 years. We have a fully licensed commercial kitchen from where we prepare food before transporting it to your venue in our licensed catering van. The staff at Flaming Hot Catering are happy to provide you with the kind of service that will make your special event a memorable one. We cater for any occasion including weddings, engagements, family celebrations, birthday’s, Christmas functions, corporate meetings, office shouts, end of season break-ups, private dinner parties, funerals, picnics, pickup a platter, conferences, barbeques, spit roasts... we do it all!

The Food
We believe in using the best and highest quality ingredients and try to use local produce whenever possible. Our food is always presented with style, flair and professionalism. We are happy to cater for all specific dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free & gluten free.

Service Staff
Flaming Hot Catering has a team of professional, friendly & approachable Service Staff for food and bar service. If required, service staff are available to pass around finger foods, clear tables and clean down, help set up or pack down your function or bar staff, this can be arranged at $20.00 per person per hour. Our staff are very well presented at all times in Flaming Hot Catering uniform.

Delivery
We offer a free delivery service in the Motueka area. If your venue is outside Motueka area and there are less than 50 guests, this will incur a minimal time, travel and delivery charge.

Hireage
Should your choosen venue require tables, chairs, table linen, crockery, cutlery or glassware, we will be happy to arrange this as per hire company rates (our preferred supplier is Hirepool).

Terms of Trade
When a booking has been confirmed, a non refundable deposit is required. Payment can be made by cheque, cash or bank deposit and the balance of account is due 7 days after the event. Confirmation of guest numbers is required 2 weeks prior to the event.
