Five Manes Horsemanship Training Area

Five Manes is a place to rest your horse, where we believe "natural is best", in all aspects of horsemanship.
We aim to make his stay happy and healthy with plenty of room to move and play, so we offer large sloping, well sheltered paddocks, and prefer the horses here to be left uncovered and no shoes allowed. (Exception for short term visitors, kept separate from the main herds)
Your horse will be run in a herd situation and will be monitored daily, provided with mineral blocks and be fed quality hay at liberty when required. Drench can be provided by the owner on arrival and to be administered before leaving the horse float.
Having over 45 years experience with horses, we understand accidents are more likely to happen with hungry horses in small areas. Here at Five Manes that will not be an issue. Absolute care, attention and respect will be given to your horse, however on signing the contract you acknowledge that your horse IS left here at Five Manes at your own risk. Any accidents requiring a vet visit must be met by the owner, however the owner will be consulted first.
We welcome any visit to inspect the horses kept here, as we pride ourselves in their condition. If visiting is not possible, a monthly report can be made available.
