I have always been passionate about helping people and seeing
them succeed. After leaving a previous stressful and overworked
career I began to see first hand the improvements that becoming
healthier and fitter can have on the body and mind. It was then
I decided to pursue a new exciting path of becoming a Fitness
Professional. I have a double diploma in Fitness Business and have
qualified at the top of my new profession.
Being an Exercise professional, to me, means that I am obligated to
ensure my clients achieve that specific goal they are chasing. We do
this by breaking down the barriers that have held them back in the
past, creating tailored programs that are safe, functional, science
based, and ensuring it is easy for them to stick to for a lifetime.
The Professional side of my service means that I ensure every single
session with my clients is fun, motivating, encouraging, and always
has that important WOW factor.
