I'm a girl who has always loved sport but found a new love 5 years ago and began lifting.
After seeing the changes in my body from hitting the gym and lifting weights I decided to enter my first bodybuilding competition and won - NZIFBB South Island Novice Figure Tall 2014.

During and after the process of becoming a bodybuilder I started to read a lot about nutrition and exercise and decided to take a years leave from my teaching career and study Personal Training.

As my study comes to and end I'm keen to encourage others to find a form of exercise that they love, to eat food that fuels their body and feel energised and healthy.

I believe if you spend money on your health and well-being you will spend less time and money at the doctors.
