Each member will receive a Lifestyle Consultation, and a Tailored Exercise program, these programs will updated monthly by our Exercise Specialist at no addition charge.

We offer an Altitude Training room which allows you to
exercise in a Simulated Altitude Environment up to 5200 meters above sea level.( Base camp Everest) without the use of hypoxic mask.
