The mission is to share knowledge, improve social skills, build lasting relationships, friendships and give each other a real sense of belonging.

Never thought these events would have turned out as good as they have, we now have a fantastic group of people of all ages and fitness levels who are building relationships and friendships that you dont find everyday and that is what it is all about!

So if you are stuck in a life rut and need a little motivation this is your moment to shine.

We get together for breakfast's, dinner's and have even had a few pot luck dinners from time to time. BTW "Epic6 Social Networking" is the same name for our Facebook Page and Facepage Group feel free to join that as well!
