Edinburgh Realty was formed in 1995 by three established Dunedin property consultants – Mike Elford, Peter Wilson and Jim Columb. Why? Because they wanted to create a company that worked the way that Otago people work: a company that was friendly, listened properly, communicated openly and got on with the job.

Our Property Management team has one of Otago's largest rental property portfolios, including residential homes, units, apartments - and, of course, student flats and studio rooms.
