Our Fit Challenges is a fun and positive work out environment, targeted at all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Our supportive and motivational health coaches will challenge you physically and mentally, pushing your limits and helping you to get results. Our philosophy is 20% exercise, 80% nutrition, 100% mindset!!
Our Fit Challenges run 3 classes a week for 4 weeks at a time, with prizes at the end for biggest weight loss.
