Dynamic Gymnastic Sports

Dynamic Classes offer enjoyment, challenges and satisfying participation to all children through:
* fun action packed activities
* development of body management and awearness
* learning of movement patterns which can be transferred to all sports
* learning at children's own pace in coeducational sessions.

We offer classes for:
* crawling to 3yrs - TUMBLE TOTS- introduces fundemental movement patterns landings, stactics, spring, locomotion, rotation and swing (Fri am),
* 3-4 yrs - Junior Gym - extends on the fundemental movement patterns and uses full size equipment(Mon am)
*After "flipping" School - teaches specific gymnastic skills using all equipment, vault, floor, uneven bars, beam, rings p bars, pommel, high bar (Mon)
