Welcome! I am a fully qualified doctor registered under the clinical scope of practise in New Zealand. Two of the things I am truly excited by are building resilience to overcome stress and getting a good night’s sleep. I have experience in assessment and therapy covering a wide range of difficulties and I have over a decade of experience supporting training and development in small and large organisations.
