As an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Kirsty has over 15 years experience in nutrition counselling; helping clients change their eating habits and rejuvenate themselves. Kirsty has also worked with elite athletes in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore. She has a PhD degree studying muscle fat metabolism in insulin resistance, and a Masters degree studying the Glycaemic Index of New Zealand foods. She is interested in the dietary management of chronic disease affected by weight gain and poor blood glucose control.
