David James Tree Services

The company David James is an established Blenheim based company that has operated since 1989 offering tree care and landscape services to government, commercial and private clients.

Operating from our premises on Vickerman Street we currently employ 13 staff whose skills encompass all aspects of arboriculture, horticulture, landscape construction and maintenance.

Our arborists carry out a wide range of work for Marlborough District Council, P.A.E., and private clients. Work includes: formative pruning, crown thinning, crown lifting, crown reduction, and tree removal. We also offer a stump grinding service. All of our tree work is done in accordance with the Approved Codes of Practice [ACOP] Arboriculture Pt's 1 & 2.

Our landscape staff are involved in projects for private clients. With Marlborough’s diverse landscape from dry windy zones to lush sheltered bays in the sounds they could be laying paving to building fences to installing turf with pop up irrigation. We also carry out work for commercial clients with subdivisions and industrial building scape's a speciality.

The company’s reputation is built on our ability to carry out the work, and our high standards of workmanship. If this was not so we would not still be in business, and have the respect of our clients and industry peers that we currently have.
